Deidre has developed particular expertise in Naples golf. She understands that in Naples, choosing a home often means choosing an entire lifestyle. With her input, buyers discover they have options of living on the water and joining a private golf course, or buying in a golf community that is bundled or has initiation fees.
Her philosophy is captured in her motto “Tribe Then Hut.” Rather than beginning with the house, Deidre first listens intently to understand where her clients will be happiest. A “research hound,” she digs into the details of each community, from lifestyle and amenities to membership structures, fees, carrying costs, and property values. Prior to real estate, Deidre built a successful career in Manhattan spanning sales, marketing, and television commercial production, including corporate management and marketing training with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. She also spent more than two decades in leadership positions with philanthropic organizations, community organizations, and golf club boards.
Deidre and her family made their home in Connecticut. Deidre and her husband Tom have called Naples home for over a dozen years. They spend time with family on Cape Cod in the summers, which has had a special place in her heart for over sixty years.
A full time Broker Associate, Deidre has been Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations and remains committed to continuing education and evolving technology.
