Elizabeth Hayes Hoffmann is dedicated to providing her customers with an exceptional experience. She has accomplished over $100 million in sales since 2020, combining deep local knowledge with a talent for marketing and negotiation. As she worked in the industry in Southwest Florida, she noticed that there was a lot of opportunity to raise the bar in defining exceptional service and utilize the latest technology to improve operational expectations and outcomes. She set out to do something different– first, define what an exceptional experience could look like and second, build scalable systems to enable agents to deliver results.

Elizabeth believes that she and Bonnycastle can always be learning and growing. Known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to results, Elizabeth guides buyers and sellers through every step of the process with confidence and care. From crafting standout listing launches to helping her buyers find the right community and property, she approaches each transaction with empathy and care.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Elizabeth always came to visit her family in the Naples area and has seen first hand how the area continues to develop and change. She and her husband, Victor moved here full-time in 2018 and absolutely love the incredible lifestyle that Naples offers and understands firsthand how much great weather has a positive impact on your day to day life. She attended Queen’s School of Business in Kingston, Ontario, where she solidified her enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, business strategy and developed a passion for presenting and negotiating.

Outside of real estate, Elizabeth enjoys the active lifestyle that Naples has to offer. Whether that’s playing tennis, pickleball, golf or going on a walk to explore neighborhoods, you will find Elizabeth outside enjoying the beautiful weather.
