Originally from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Marcada Baker brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to real estate and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle Southwest Florida has to offer. Since entering the real estate industry in 2023, Marcada has developed experience across multiple facets of the business, giving her a valuable perspective when guiding clients through the buying and selling process.

Prior to working directly with buyers and sellers, Marcada served as a listing coordinator at a real estate firm, where she gained firsthand insight into the details, organization, and communication required to successfully bring a property to market and navigate a transaction from start to finish.
Serving clients throughout Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers, Marcada takes the time to understand each client’s individual goals and priorities. She approaches every relationship with professionalism, attentiveness, and a commitment to making the real estate experience as seamless and rewarding as possible.

Having grown up in the mountain town of Steamboat Springs, Marcada has always appreciated communities where lifestyle and a sense of place go hand in hand. Today, she loves the active, outdoor lifestyle of Southwest Florida. Outside of real estate, Marcada is an avid tennis player, enjoys golf, and can often be found experiencing Naples’ dining scene, with Ocean Prime among her favorite local restaurants.
