The centerpiece of Bears Paw is its 18-hole championship golf course, opened in 1980 and designed by Jack Nicklaus. The course features narrow, tree-lined fairways bordered by thick rough, with water hazards coming into play on several holes. In true Nicklaus fashion, the elongated greens present subtle breaks that challenge golfers of all skill levels. The signature 14th hole is a 205-yard par 3 requiring a tee shot over water to a narrow, well-bunkered green.

Beyond golf, members enjoy 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The smaller membership ensures easy court access and a close-knit community atmosphere.

Marina & Waterfront Living

Bears Paw is one of the few Naples communities with its own on-site marina. Conveniently situated along the Gordon River with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, residents can keep their boats in club lifts or slips, or enjoy kayaking and nature tours along the waterway.

Membership Structure

Bears Paw operates as a non-equity club with golf memberships available for $125,000 initiation plus annual dues of approximately $20,277. Social memberships are also available at $20,000 initiation with annual dues around $10,258. While golf membership is not required, social membership is mandatory for all residents.
