Billows is a beachfront cooperative community located in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples. Built in 1967 by Emmy Lou, this 5-acre development features four low-rise buildings with a total of 48 units directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Situated at 2601 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Billows enjoys a prime beachfront location between Harbour Drive and Doctors Pass. This coveted position in The Moorings provides residents with direct beach access while being conveniently close to Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, Artis-Naples, and Old Naples.
The community consists of 48 cooperative units housed in four 2-story buildings. Floor plans feature 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom configurations with 1,500 to 1,660 square feet of living space. Second-level units include balconies on the Gulf side of the building. Each residence comes with one covered parking space.
Billows offers a relaxed beachfront lifestyle with amenities including a swimming pool, spa, bike storage, barbecue grilles, picnic area, and extra storage. The community provides direct beach access and private beach frontage along the Gulf of Mexico.
As a cooperative community, Billows maintains specific policies for residents. Pets are not allowed. The rental policy permits owners to lease their units a maximum of once per year with a minimum lease term of 60 days. Lease terms can extend up to two years.
