Quail Village Golf Club

Quail Village Golf Club

Golf optional · Gated · Budget around $1,100/mo

Eleven in the morning is the hour to know on the course at Quail Village. From then on, club rules let players walk it every day at no charge. The layout makes that easy, because each tee sits close to the green before it. The greens are small and contoured, with sand bunkers guarding them. Lakes run between the holes and carry on among the homes, and the private road inside the gate doubles as a loop you can walk or cycle.

After a round, drinks are served in the clubhouse and out by the pool, which has an outdoor bar of its own. The renovated dining room opens indoors and out over the course, and its kitchen has a pizza oven and a window onto the chef's station. Around all of this lies Quail Creek Village, a gated community off Valewood Drive in North Naples that the club counts at 325 homes, set around a string of lakes and the course.

The club at its center, owned by its equity members, trades as Quail Village Golf Club, and its pages sign off as Quail Creek Village Golf Club at 11719 Quail Village Way.

What is the Quail Village golf course like?

Eighteen holes, par 69, 5,000 yards from the back of four sets of tees. Three par 5s, nine par 4s and six par 3s make up the card. The club calls it a Gordon Lewis signature course, built in 1985 and last renovated in 2021.

The week has fixed points. Tuesday morning is Ladies Day, and Thursday morning brings a second organized game. On Wednesday morning the golf shop runs Men's Day, which finishes with a chef's lunch buffet. The ladies keep two associations, one for 9 holes and one for 18. On other days informal groups go out in formats from casual nine-hole scrambles to full eighteen-hole competitions.

Season events build on that: a Member-Member, a Member-Guest and the club championships, a Holiday Scramble fundraiser, a Winter Challenge, and a season-long men's match-play championship.

What else does the club offer besides golf?

The pool area is renovated, with that outdoor bar alongside and water aerobics classes in the pool itself. There's tennis on the program, and pickleball too, on courts lined for it. Bocce runs as a weekly tournament, and casual games go on around it.

Indoors, the clubhouse card tables host bridge, mah-jongg, pinochle and bingo, with coffee mornings between. The dining room puts on themed meals and entertainment nights. Across the year the calendar adds dinner dances, game nights, bocce socials and couples' golf outings.

How far is Quail Creek Village from the beach, shops and airport?

Everyday errands are close. Driving from the community gate on Quail Village Way, and assuming no traffic, the Publix on Strand Boulevard is about 1.4 miles (4 minutes), NCH North Naples Hospital about 3.7 miles (8 minutes) and Mercato about 5.9 miles (12 minutes).

Farther out, the car park at Vanderbilt Beach Park is about 7.3 miles (15 minutes) and Fifth Avenue South at 8th Street about 13.6 miles (21 minutes). Southwest Florida International Airport's terminal is roughly 20.9 miles (27 minutes) away. Winter traffic stretches every one of those times.

What kinds of homes are in Quail Creek Village?

Three kinds, mainly: detached houses, attached villas and low-rise condominium flats, plus a single townhouse that has come up for sale. The flats fall into two groups: one on Quail Village Way from the early 1990s, and The Meadows on Heather Lane, a 2003 to 2006 condominium the MLS files inside Quail Creek Village.

Construction years on the homes that have sold run from 1987 to 2006, and most houses and villas date from 1987 to 1995. Condominium flats run from about 1,500 to about 2,300 square feet, villas from about 1,900 to about 2,900, and houses from about 1,750 to about 3,050. Bedrooms range from 2 to 4, and the flats have 3.

What do homes in Quail Creek Village sell for?

Prices split by the kind of home rather than forming one market. Houses and villas overlap across most of their range, and the flats sit below both. Between May 2025 and October 2026:

  • Detached houses sold from the $400,000s to around $750,000
  • Attached villas sold from the $370,000s to around $730,000
  • Condominium flats sold from the $260,000s to around $400,000

Does buying a home in Quail Creek Village include golf?

No. Golf is a membership here, bought separately from the house. Residents can buy a golf membership, and so can a limited number of outsiders, so owning a home does not by itself put a buyer on the course.

Every home pays an association assessment, set as an annual amount, and a golf membership is a cost in addition to the house and that assessment. If the course is why you're looking here, find out what a golf membership costs and how one is bought before signing for a house. A house beside the course and a starting time on it are two separate purchases.
