Venetian Villas is a Mediterranean-style bayfront community located at 4000 Gulf Shore Blvd N in Naples'' prestigious Park Shore neighborhood. Built by the Lutgert Companies in two phases (south side completed in 1978, north side in 1979), this intimate enclave consists of 32 charming villas ranging from one to three stories.
