Built in 1974, this four-story bayfront condominium features 64 units ranging from 1,170 to 1,535 square feet. Each residence includes one parking space and access to extra storage.
The Bordeaux Club offers a variety of amenities designed for relaxed waterfront living, including a peaceful bayfront pool, outdoor kitchen area, fishing pier, and social room. Residents have access to Moorings Beach Park and can lease boat slips with only one bridge to the Gulf. Additional conveniences include bike storage and a vehicle wash area.
The Bordeaux Club allows two leases per year with a 60-day minimum stay requirement. Pets are not permitted in the community.
