Breakers

Breakers is an intimate beachfront cooperative community located in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples. Built in 1970, this 55+ community features just 32 residences across four low-rise buildings, offering a peaceful, low-density environment with only two units per floor.

Location & Setting

Situated at 2875 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Breakers enjoys a prime beachfront location between Harbour Drive and Doctor''s Pass. The community is just five buildings north of Doctors Pass, providing convenient access to Venetian Village, Old Naples, and Waterside Shops. Two of the buildings feature five floors while the two buildings closest to the beach have three floors, all offering westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Residences

Breakers offers two and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 1,850 square feet of living space. As a cooperative, residents purchase shares in the corporation rather than owning their unit directly. The low-density design ensures privacy and tranquility for all residents.

Amenities & Lifestyle

The community features a beachfront pool centered between the buildings with stunning beach views. Additional amenities include barbecue grilles, bike storage, extra storage areas, a vehicle wash area, and most importantly, direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. The intimate size of the community fosters a close-knit neighborhood atmosphere.

Policies

As a 55+ community, at least one resident must be 55 years or older. Pets are not permitted at Breakers. The community allows one lease per year with a minimum lease term of 30 days, making it suitable for seasonal rentals while maintaining residential character.
