Residents also have the option to join the private Moorings Beach Club for a small fee.

The community features 22 boat slips available for lease through the association, complete with electricity and water. Boaters enjoy convenient access with only one bridge to navigate before reaching Doctors Pass.

Community Policies

Coquina Club maintains specific policies to preserve its character. Pets are not allowed in the community. Owners may lease their properties twice per year, with each lease requiring a minimum term of 90 days. The community is known as one of the friendliest and most active in Naples, with various events and activities organized throughout the year.
