Gulf Towers is a beachfront condominium building located at 1977 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples. Built in 1964, this seven-story building offers direct beach access and Gulf of Mexico views.
Positioned directly on the beach between Doctors Pass to the north and Lowdermilk Park to the south, Gulf Towers enjoys one of Naples'' most desirable beachfront locations. The building is part of the Moorings community, known for its prime coastal setting and proximity to downtown Naples.
The building features six residential floors with six units per floor, totaling 36 beachfront condominiums. Each residence offers approximately 1,200 to 1,300 square feet of living space. The building includes covered parking and an on-site manager for residents'' convenience.
Gulf Towers provides essential beachfront living amenities including a swimming pool, community room, BBQ and picnic area, and direct beach access. Additional conveniences include common laundry facilities, extra storage, and bike storage.
The building allows birds as pets only. Rental policy permits leasing once per year with a minimum term of 90 days, making it suitable for seasonal rentals while maintaining a residential atmosphere.
Here's a snapshot of the Gulf Towers (Moorings, Naples) real estate market. Sales activity in Gulf Towers consists primarily of condos. Examining median sale prices, we see some fluctuation. The median sale price for condos in April 2023 was $1,900,000. More recently, the median sale price was $987,500 in June 2025, then $1,275,000 in both August and October of 2025. Looking at inventory, the months' supply of homes for sale in Gulf Towers has varied. The months' supply was at 1 in April of 2023, increasing to 2 by September of 2023. The months' supply then decreased back to 1 in February of 2024. More recently, the months' supply was at 4 in June 2025, decreasing to 1 in September and October of 2025, before rising to 2 in November and December of 2025, where it remained through March 2026. Finally, sales volume in Gulf Towers has been limited. There was one condo sale in April 2023, followed by one in March 2024. Later, one sale occurred in June 2025, another in August 2025, and one more in October 2025. Meanwhile, pending sales show one condo listed as pending in March 2023, February 2024, April 2025, July 2025, and October 2025.
