Lausanne is a distinctive beachfront condominium community located along Gulf Shore Boulevard in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples. Built in 1980 by BC&B, this unique property consists of two nearly identical 9-story buildings connected by a magnificent 30,000-square-foot pool deck, occupying the largest single piece of property in the Moorings.
Each building features an open atrium with a central waterfall, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The North building showcases more modern decor and houses the management offices. All units come with one under-building parking space, with additional spaces available for purchase.

Residents enjoy direct beach access to a private beach, along with resort-style amenities including the expansive pool area, exercise room, library, community rooms, and bocce ball court. The property also features BBQ and picnic areas, bike storage, and a board room for meetings.
Lausanne maintains a pet-free environment and requires a $50 application fee with a personal interview for new residents. The community allows rentals with a minimum 90-day lease term and a maximum of 3 leases per year. Open houses are not permitted.
