Spindrift Club is a bayfront co-op community located at 2600 Gulf Shore Blvd N in the prestigious Moorings neighborhood of Naples. Built in 1970, this 6-story building features 33 residences with convenient beach access just steps across Gulf Shore Boulevard.
The building offers both Gulf and Bay views depending on unit location. Even-numbered units on floors 4 and above enjoy Gulf views, while odd-numbered residences overlook the Bay. The prime Moorings location provides easy access to beaches, dining, and shopping.
Spindrift Club features 33 boat slips available for lease to residents. Small slips lease for $750 per year, while larger docks are $1,500 annually. Boat lifts are permitted but must be supplied by the owner. The community also offers kayak storage and provides no-bridge access to the Gulf.
Residents enjoy a pool, BBQ and picnic area, community room, extra storage, and a vehicle wash area. The building provides direct beach access across Gulf Shore Boulevard. Each residence comes with one assigned parking space (covered for most units), with 20 additional open guest parking spaces available.
Units range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet of living space. As a co-op, the building has specific restrictions including no pets allowed and limitations on vehicle types (no motorcycles or trucks permitted). Only two units in the building remain on land lease.
